Job Description

Summary-

The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure within the organization.

Job Responsibility-

• Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Manage and monitor all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot IT issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Manage IT projects, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement effective solutions
