Role Description
We are looking for a Loyalty & Marketing Data Analyst with FMCG experience to help shape how we engage, reward and retain our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a high-impact loyalty program in a fast-moving FMCG retail environment
- Analyze shopper behavior, baskets, frequency, and promotions to drive smarter marketing decisions
- Measure and improve the performance of campaigns across in-store and digital touchpoints
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that influence strategy, not just reports
Requirements
- 2+ years FMCG experience (supermarkets, retail chains, FMCG companies)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Experience working with sales, customer, or loyalty data
- Curious, business-minded, and eager to make an impact
- CRM or loyalty platforms experience
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- FMCG experience is mandatory.
