We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team. This role involves working closely with Russian-speaking clients, managing property transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering expert real estate advice. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through Dubai’s dynamic property market.

• 2–5 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Proven success in sales and closing deals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
