Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AC Technician role based in Dubai. The AC Technician will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in air conditioning systems, and executing repairs. The role involves installation, servicing, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards. Effective communication with other maintenance and management staff is essential to ensure smooth operations within the assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, package, and central AC units)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete work efficiently
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

Requirements

• Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to air conditioning systems
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or technical services in the real estate sector is advantageous
• Proficiency in Plumbing and working with electrical systems
• EPA certification and knowledge of safe handling of refrigerants
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations related to maintenance work
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an AC Technician
• Previous UAE experience is mandatory
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions
