Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests from arrival to departure.
• Train, supervise, and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our restaurant's values.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction at every level.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Monitor the dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and overall guest experience to create a welcoming environment.
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
