Residential Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Residential Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and keen passion to understand the evolving Dubai real estate market, dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes or investment properties.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients interested in buying, selling, or renting residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, neighbourhood and market updates.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and maintain a strong network within the real estate community.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values and new developments in Dubai.
• Prepare and present offers, contracts and other necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships and gain referrals.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license.
• Professional attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proof of savings to support up to 6 months in a commission only role.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• An attested document of education.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
