BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to fill the position of a nurse manager/home health RN for our Medicare-certified home health office in Lebanon, MO.

This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Camden, Dallas, Douglas, Hickory, Laclede, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Webster, and Wright counties.

Duties of a clinical manager include

• Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Processing incoming referrals.
• Management and mentoring of clinical associates and field staff.
• Facilitating new hire onboarding of field staff.
• Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB).
• Monitoring quality assurance and process improvement.
• Managing staff productivity, workflow management, and overall case management.

This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary within the service area counties.

Qualifications

• An active registered nurse license in Missouri.
• Home health experience.
• Recent Medicare certified home health care experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare conditions of participation and regulatory compliance.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Experience with HCHB is a plus.
• Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
• Must have current or previous management experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience required.
