Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive strategic marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical capability, and experience within the software or technical industry..

Key Responsibilities

Drive marketing initiatives aligned with sales growth objectives

Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns to support the sales pipeline

Coordinate with external partner marketing teams to align joint campaigns and messaging

Attend cross-functional meetings and document clear, actionable follow-ups

Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar

Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences

Organize and manage online webinars (invitations, attendance tracking, analytics, Q&A consolidation, and summary reporting)

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted digital content

Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, partner initiatives, and customer behavior

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing

Experience within software, technical, or engineering industries

Demonstrated project management experience

Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads campaigns

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills
