SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER, PE - RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

EMH&T is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our team as a Project Manager in our Development I division located in Columbus, OH.

This position works directly with the client and is responsible for the planning and organizing of workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and

specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications.

The Development I team primarily focuses on residential site development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professionally licensed in Ohio.
• Site civil development experience.
• 10+ years work experience in the civil engineering is required.
