Overview

The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for leading and executing civil engineering tasks on projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and project requirements. The role provides technical guidance, supports project planning, and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering design, review, and execution activities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth execution

Supervise technical staff and provide mentorship and guidance

Review drawings, designs, and calculations for accuracy and compliance

Monitor progress and provide technical solutions to construction challenges

Prepare reports, technical documentation, and project updates

Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Mandatory Requirements

At least 10 years of professional experience, including 1 E-level experience

Holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Minimum three years of experience in similar projects

Strong communication and computer skills

Fluent in English and familiar with Arabic
