About this role Purpose of the Role Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable people plans that drive performance, growth, and organisational effectiveness Top Accountabilities Integrated HR Delivery Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across core HR processes (talent, performance, employee relations, reward, and capability), aligning activity to business needs.

Talent & Succession Management Lead the execution of talent and succession processes, strengthening leadership pipelines and ensuring robust follow-through of development actions. Organisation Effectiveness & Culture Support organisation design and change initiatives; embed culture, leadership expectations, and ways of working within teams. Capability, Engagement & Insight Drive initiatives that build organisational capability and employee engagement; use data and insight to inform decisions, track outcomes, and continuously improve.

About You Strategic HR Business Partnering - Experience translating business priorities into impactful people strategies that drive performance and outcomes. Operating in Complex Organisations - Proven ability to navigate matrixed, dynamic environments and manage competing priorities effectively. End-to-End HR Delivery - Broad experience across core HR disciplines, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution aligned to business needs.
