YOUR TASKS

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Credit Controller to join our team at DHL on a 6-month contract.

The Credit Controller main role is to:

Handle a portfolio of account receivables in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with DHL targets. As well as provide a top-class account controlling support for customer's through pro-active account management to ensure that they receive the highest level of service.

Main Tasks:

• To actively promote and ensure DHL trading terms and conditions are being adhered to by the customer.
• To contribute knowledge and expertise toward resolving reoccurring billing issues.
• To maximize collection effectiveness from all customers in a timely and professional manner.
• To ensure distribution of invoices and statement of account to all credit customers within a pre-determined time frame.
• To maintain efficient records of collection activities.
• To drive debt collection, involve in customer interactions, handle queries, and billing disputes.
• To coordinate resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures.
• To identify bank checks and electric bank transfer allocation issues and coordinate rectification with responsible team.
• To monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to OTC Manager for review and action.
• To monitor credit limit of accounts and ensure proper action is taken.
• Work Location: Airport Head Office.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Strong communication skills (especially strong telephone skills), both verbally and written
• Strong negotiation , and problem solving skills
• Customer Centric
• Detail oriented
• Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units
