Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Operations Executive (Traffic Manager) to oversee workflow management, resource allocation, and project delivery across teams. This role requires a forward planner with strong problem-solving skills who can ensure briefs are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and the right resources are assigned to each project.

The Traffic Manager will act as the central hub between departments, ensuring smooth communication, prioritization of tasks, and proactive resolution of challenges. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has experience with project management tools to streamline operations.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Resource Allocation

Plan and allocate resources across multiple projects to maximize efficiency.

Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.

Maintain a forward-looking schedule to balance workload and deadlines.

Workflow & Brief Management

Receive, review, and distribute briefs to the appropriate teams.

Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with project objectives.

Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.

Timeline & Delivery Oversight

Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.

Provide regular updates on project status and resource utilization.

Project Management Tools

Utilize project management platforms (preferably Asana) to manage tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.

Develop and maintain dashboards for visibility into project progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the communication link between creative, operations, and leadership teams.

Facilitate smooth handoffs and ensure accountability across departments.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations, traffic management, or project coordination.

Strong strategic thinking and forward planning abilities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly.

Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
