Production Manager

Responsibilities

– Oversee and manage the production process across the floors (La Mariée & PAP); as well as, monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed

– Check and ensure the correctness and the good quality of fabrics received; Along with, being responsible for the selection of the fabrics

– Build, translate and distribute main orders after receiving the confirmation from the sales department (Wholesales: B2B)

– Ensure the availability of the main fabrics; as well as, research and order new fabrics based on business need

– Supervise and manager the stock controller team to ensure job is done effectively

– Monitor and inspect the cycle count result done by the warehouse and stock controller team

– Ensure production is cost effective and solve any related issues of fabrics, quality and price

– Coordinate with the embroidery team to ensure designing and drawing are correctly matched

– Implement & review retail and wholesale prices for bridal, La Mariée & PAP; in addition to the estimation costs and budget of the product

– Liaise with the chef d’ atelier to ensure orders are well distributed for our clients and wholesales

– Ensure products and dresses meet company’s quality standards

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance

– Experience of 7 to 8 years plus of experience as a production manager/ Operations Manager or related fields in a

Luxury Atelier

– Previous experience in a Luxury Atelier/ Fashion Industry in the production & Operations is a must / In-depth knowledge of production management /Strong knowledge of the production management skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
