Fianance Manager

Develop and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with Lebanese accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting obligations.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial stakeholders.

Monitor and optimize working capital and cash flow.

Lead internal audits and support risk management initiatives.

Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.

Support senior management with financial insights and business modeling.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in a finance manager role

Strong knowledge of Lebanese tax laws, banking practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP).

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Bilingual in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
