Job Brief

As an Associate Consultant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to client projects, developing valuable skills, and gaining hands-on experience in the consultancy field. You will work closely with senior consultants to analyze business problems, devise strategies, and implement solutions that make a lasting impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to provide valuable insights that inform client recommendations.
  • Data Collection and Interpretation: Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of consultancy projects. Contribute to the development of project deliverables, reports, and presentations.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior consultants to develop strategic plans, business models, and actionable recommendations for clients looking to enhance their competitive position.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to solve complex business problems and address client challenges. Offer innovative solutions and contribute to the development of client-specific strategies.
  • Client Workshops and Training: Participate in client workshops and training sessions, facilitating discussions, and providing subject matter expertise.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Contribute to the creation of client-facing materials and presentations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
  • English and Arabic languages are a must. French is a plus.
