A well-known Italian restaurant in Beirut is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff
Ensure exceptional customer service standards
Manage staff schedules and shift coordination
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and Italian cuisine
