Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations

Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff

Ensure exceptional customer service standards

Manage staff schedules and shift coordination

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager

Strong leadership and team management skills
