Marketing Associate

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the team in executing marketing activities to develop and maintain brand awareness, maximize revenues, and drive traffic to the stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all marketing campaigns and promotions align with the marketing plans and specifications defined by brand owners, maintaining standardization of the regional and global brand image.
• Assist the marketing team in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities effectively.
• Assist in establishing and executing a schedule for promotions and activities to support the marketing plan, aiming to optimize consumer brand awareness and revenue generation.
• Ensure and maintain strong relationships with internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring the most complex issues to others when necessary.
• Stay updated with market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions remain aligned with the unique characteristics of each market.
• Follow up on requests received from local departments to ensure their needs are met. Conduct market visits to gather insights from stores.
• Collaborate with mall activities and explore local events to enhance the brand's visibility

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of key marketing and advertising principles.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
