Junior D365 & Power Platform Low-Code/CRM Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our growing Digital Solutions team. As a Junior D365 & Power Platform Low-Code/CRM Developer, you will assist in designing, customizing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to build hands-on experience in enterprise-level business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 model-driven apps.

Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Support in designing and implementing workflows, forms, views, business rules, and business process flows.

Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Write basic JavaScript and Power FX logic where applicable for client-side customizations.

Document technical components, user guides, and training materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong interest in low-code development and business applications.

Basic knowledge or academic exposure to Power Platform tools or Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SQL is advantageous.

Understanding of relational databases and basic programming or scripting logic (e.g., JavaScript, Power FX).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required, Nice to Have)

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-910) or equivalent coursework.

Experience with Power BI, or integration tools.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
