Chedid Capital is looking for Management Control – Finance that will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support executive decision-making, while analyzing performance and driving financial improvements across the group.

Responsibilities

• Help executives make decisions through reliable financial reports and forecasts.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Define the budget data to be collected from subsidiaries.
• Oversee the preparation of commercial and financial budgets.
• Collect, review, and contribute to the finalization of budgets.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts.
• Supervise commercial dashboards: design and updates.
• Prepare the Group’s consolidated monthly financial dashboard.
• Identify variances, propose improvement areas, and inform Group Management.
• Develop financial planning tools and systems.

Requirements

• Degree in finance or accounting.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in a management control role, ideally within a large group
• Fluency in French and English
• Deep understanding of financial principles (including IFRS), budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems, with proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
