Job Responsibilities

Sales Executive / Senior Sales

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized shopping experiences
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all brand collections
• Handle customer inquiries, payments, and after-sales support
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are respected
• Support daily store operations and teamwork
  
  

Shop Manager

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance
• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and reporting
• Maintain brand standards and visual guidelines
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or store management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Leadership and team management skills (for Shop Manager role)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
