Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination within the construction/engineering field. This role will be responsible for overseeing onsite activities, ensuring project quality, timelines, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all onsite construction activities to ensure project progress according to the approved plans and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure implementation in compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and proposing solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor material usage, site resources, and ensure cost control measures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Ensure all work is conducted in line with Saudi building codes and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution processes.
• Experience with site coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous GCC or Saudi Arabia experience (added advantage).
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
