Chief Accountant (Ashrafieh – F&B & Hospitality)

We are hiring a Chief Accountant for a well-established F&B and hospitality business located in Ashrafieh. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the food & beverage and hospitality sectors in Lebanon.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and cash flow

Ensure compliance with Lebanese tax regulations (VAT, income tax, NSSF)

Handle internal and external audits

Budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting

Work closely with management to support business decisions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent is a plus

Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in F&B or hospitality

In-depth knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards, tax laws, and fiscal reporting requirements

Proficiency in accounting software

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
