Admin to the CEO - Real Estate – Lead & Call Handling

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to support a fast-paced real estate business in Dubai.

This role is primarily focused on answering inbound calls and managing incoming leads. You must have real estate experience, be comfortable speaking with clients, and able to represent the CEO and the business with confidence and professionalism at all times.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for enquiries and provide direct operational support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all inbound calls and enquiries
  • Confidently handle and respond to real estate leads
  • Provide accurate information to clients and prospects
  • Follow up on enquiries when required
  • Maintain organised records of calls and leads
  • Provide direct day-to-day support to the CEO
  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Previous real estate experience (Dubai market preferred)
  • Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
