As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Hotel Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue across all segments, and further elevate our reputation in Dubai’s competitive hospitality market.
Job Purpose
The Hotel Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing all sales operations across Rooms, MICE, and F&B segments. This role demands a seasoned hospitality professional capable of formulating winning sales strategies, nurturing key partnerships, and motivating a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and revenue strategy for rooms, meetings, events, and F&B.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a high-performing sales team across corporate, leisure, OTA, and MICE segments.
- Identify, secure, and manage key accounts from corporate, government, and travel trade sectors.
- Maximize business opportunities from the hotel’s conference and banquet facilities (workshops, weddings, social events, exhibitions, etc.).
- Build strong partnerships with event planners, DMCs, OTAs, and local corporates.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and General Manager to optimize pricing, yield, and market mix.
- Oversee rate contracts, RFPs, and key negotiations to align with business goals.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events locally and internationally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and management reports for review.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations for client satisfaction and brand consistency.
Compensation & Incentive Structure
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance, leadership, and growth:
- Base Salary: AED 20,000 – 30,000 per month
- Monthly Sales Commission:
- Up to 5% of total departmental revenue exceeding monthly targets
- Accelerator bonus (additional 1–2%) for 110%+ achievement
- Quarterly Bonus: AED 5,000 – 10,000 for surpassing set goals
- Annual Bonus: Equivalent to ½ to 1 month’s base salary for achieving yearly targets
- Team Incentive Pool: 2–3% of total departmental revenue over target, distributed among the sales team based on contribution
- Additional Rewards:
- AED 500–1,000 per new corporate account activated
- “Top Sales Performer” annual award with travel or staycation package
- Recognition-based rewards for event bookings, repeat business, and client satisfaction

Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Director-level or Cluster Sales role.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue across rooms, MICE, and F&B segments.
- Extensive network of corporate, MICE, and travel trade clients in Dubai and GCC.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, CRM systems (Delphi, Salesforce, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Excellent market awareness, presentation skills, and business acumen.
