Outdoor Sales-pest Control/water Tank Cleaning Services

**Role Summary**

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities
• Approach villa owners, property managers, building supervisors, and business owners
• Promote and sell Municipality-approved pest control and water tank disinfection services
• Generate quotations, follow up with prospects, and close sales
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Keep updated on Dubai Municipality regulations and service standards
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales reports
• *Qualifications**:
• 1-3 years of field sales experience in the UAE (experience in pest control, cleaning, or facility management is preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
• Familiar with sales tools, lead tracking, and mobile communication
• Presentable, target-driven, and able to work independently
• *Compensation Package**:
• Basic monthly salary plus high commission on sales
• Fuel or transportation allowance
• Mobile SIM and data package
• Visa, annual leave, and medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
