Role Overview

Crafts exceptional beverage experiences through precision, creativity, and attentive service. Combining strong product knowledge with refined guest engagement, this role contributes to the restaurant’s atmosphere while ensuring the bar operates with elegance, efficiency, and the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepares and presents cocktails and beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, demonstrating strong knowledge of spirits, classic recipes, and contemporary techniques.
• Guest Experience: Engages naturally with guests, delivers confident recommendations, and creates a welcoming yet polished bar presence.
• Bar Operations: Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to operational standards.
• Compliance & Safety: Upholds responsible service practices and follows all hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Works closely with the floor and kitchen teams to support a seamless dining experience while contributing to a professional and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar bartending role within fine dining or an upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional presence.
• Composed and efficient in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
