HR & Recruitment Supervisor

We are seeking a strong and experienced HR & Recruitment Supervisor to support and strengthen the HR function during a growth and organizational development phase. The role focuses on recruitment excellence, HR operations, and ensuring the implementation of best HR practices in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).

Improve recruitment processes and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.

Maintain and update employee records.

Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Prepare regular recruitment and HR performance reports.

Coordinate with management to meet workforce needs.

Contribute to enhancing organizational discipline and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with solid recruitment experience.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Professional, confident, and team-oriented personality.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Good knowledge of HR systems and administrative procedures.
