JOB PURPOSE

Lead our Children’s Wear store at Dubai Mall, creating unforgettable luxury experiences for families. As Store Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, drive exceptional commercial results, and ensure every client interaction reflects the elegance, heritage, and innovation of the Burberry brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional sales, service, and operational excellence. Build a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous growth.
Deliver Unforgettable Client Experiences: Ensure every family and child visiting the store enjoys a personalised, memorable, and engaging luxury journey. Build long-term client relationships that foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
Drive Commercial Success: Manage the store’s sales, profitability, and KPIs. Analyse business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximise results.
Brand & Visual Standards: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and brand standards to reflect Burberry’s identity and seasonal campaigns.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with brand policies, legal requirements, and operational standards. Oversee inventory management, stock integrity, and loss prevention initiatives.
Market Awareness: Monitor local trends, competitor activity, and client expectations to maintain the store’s position as a market leader. Collaborate with regional teams on initiatives and events.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven experience in luxury retail management, ideally in children’s wear.
Inspirational leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets
Passionate about delivering extraordinary client experiences and brand storytelling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse teams and clients
Hands-on, energetic, and driven, with a keen eye for detail and operational excellence
