Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content and Marketing Manager to build the OpenKaram brand and drive user acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that resonates with both our B2B merchant partners and B2C end-users. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, data-driven in approach, and has a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape in Lebanon. You will own the narrative of our mission to transform the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure, report on, and optimize campaign performance.

Content Creation:

o Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, social media content, and email newsletters.

o Manage the company’s social media presence, fostering community engagement and growth.

Brand & Campaign Management:

o Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for different target audiences.

o Plan and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities from conception to execution.

o Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

o Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

o Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms).

o A portfolio showcasing excellent writing skills and creative campaign work.

Skills & Attributes:

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

o Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

o Proficiency in content management systems and social media scheduling tools.

o Self-motivated, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

o Deep understanding of the Lebanese market and consumer behavior.
