💼 Key Responsibilities

• Active sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referral networks.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Lead end-to-end candidate screening and interviewing against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Coordinate the candidate assessment process and document screening feedback.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier market talent.

🔍 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing IT / Technical profiles (junior to mid-senior levels) is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Previous recruitment agency and ATS experience is a strong advantage.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
