Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative support. The HR Trainee will work closely with HR professionals to develop practical skills and gain a solid understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help prepare HR documents such as contracts, policies, and reports
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Support payroll and attendance tracking processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Perform general administrative tasks within the HR department
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or academic project related to HR is a plus
Familiarity with HR software or systems is an advantage
