Executive & HR Assistant

· Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Prepare and format reports, presentations, and meeting documents.

· Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minutes.

· Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.

· Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

· Assist with employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.

· Prepare and update HR-related documents.

· Track attendance, leaves, and overtime records.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or HR Assistant preferably in fashion

BA degree in Business, HR or any related field

Organized and Presentable

Excellent Communication Skills

Fluent in English
