BRIDAL ATELIER OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Hour Dress – Beirut, Lebanon

The Hour Dress is looking for a highly experienced Bridal Atelier & Operations Manager to lead our Bridal Department.

We are seeking a female professional with a strong background in Fashion Design, Bridal Couture, Garment Construction, and Alterations, combined with excellent managerial, leadership, and organizational skills.

This is a senior-level position requiring BOTH technical fashion expertise and proven management experience.

Key Requirements

• Degree or professional background in Fashion Design, Couture, or a closely related field.
• Advanced knowledge of bridal gown construction, fabrics, patterns, tailoring, and alterations.
• Hands-on experience with bridal fittings, measurements, dress adjustments, and technical problem-solving.
• Proven experience managing a team, coordinating daily operations, and supervising performance.
• Strong understanding of luxury bridal standards, styling, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bridal appointments, alteration schedules, deadlines, and client requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bridal couture, fashion ateliers, or luxury bridal boutiques, preferably including managerial responsibilities.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Bridal Department and its daily operations.
• Oversee bridal appointments, fittings, and the overall client experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Atelier Manager and alterations team to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance regarding dress fitting, construction, alterations, and customization.
• Manage team performance, training, scheduling, and operational standards.
• Handle complex bridal requests, fitting challenges, and client concerns professionally.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the entire bridal journey.

This position is NOT a general retail management, sales-only, or wedding planning role.

Applicants must demonstrate substantial technical experience in fashion design, bridal couture, or garment alterations, alongside strong management capabilities.
