Tazkara Travel Agency is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, proactive Operations Manager to join our team at Dbayeh Waterfront, Lebanon 🇱🇧
What you’ll do:
✈️ Oversee day-to-day operations across ticketing, visas, hotels and travel packages...
✈️ Coordinate the team and keep workflows smooth and efficient...
✈️ Follow up on bookings, confirmations and supplier relations (hotels, transfers, airlines...)
✈️ Set up and improve processes, and make sure deadlines and quality standards are met...
✈️ Handle escalations and make sure every client has a great experience...
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in operations,in travel and tourism
✔️ Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at once
✔️ Detail-oriented, reliable and solution-driven
