We are looking for exceptional sales personnel candidates for an exciting opportunity. Successful candidates must display a professional strong/ dynamic personality with a drive to succeed and must also show several years of experience in a beauty, fashion or FMCG, or other related areas within a B2B sales environment. Candidates must have excellent communication & organizational skills plus a “Can Do” attitude, this is a must!

Must also have a strong experienced understanding of day to day retail & wholesale business operations & strategy and have an appetite / passion for sales (Sell-in B2B). The role is selling to retailer partners and eCommerce platforms, wholesales etc.

Strategy & planning- support in all areas of sales from prospecting new business & customers to maintaining relationships with existing customers & setting sales target goals.

Streamlining workflows from lead to close, improving efficiency & minimizing /reducing & improving under performance accounts or challenging customer relationships & introduction of new accounts and customers. Must have excellent problem-solving skills & be a good networker.

It is essential any candidates should completely understand sales processes & data analytics. Must have very strong communication and people skills & be able to operate through cross functional collaborations with Marketing, logistics, finance & other depts

Territory planning and setting sales targets & goals per brand and market. Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.

Must have strong negotiation skills & be self- motivated.

Should be able to work in a fast- paced environment & be multi-functional & target driven.

Must have deep understanding of products high- service levels customer relationships

Must be able to stay on top of products, competition & market changes.

Arabic speaking preferred although not essential.
