CEO

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated CEO / General Manager to oversee the operations and growth of two grocery stores in Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of both stores, including sales, profitability, employees, purchasing, inventory, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete operations of both grocery stores.Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.Manage store managers and ensure strong performance across both locations.Monitor P&L, costs, margins, expenses, and cash flow.Oversee purchasing, supplier negotiations, pricing, and product assortment.Control inventory, minimize waste and shrinkage, and maintain appropriate stock levels.Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate employees.Establish operational procedures and performance standards.Monitor sales reports and key performance indicators.Ensure excellent customer service and high store standards.Identify opportunities for expansion, efficiency, and business growth.Report regularly to the owners on financial and operational performance. Proven senior management experience in grocery, supermarket, retail, FMCG, or a similar industry.Strong understanding of retail operations and financial management.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing teams and working with suppliers.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.A university degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
