Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Real Estate Agent, your core responsibilities will include managing property sales, rentals, and acquisitions while maintaining excellent customer service. You will facilitate property showings, negotiate contracts with clients, and stay updated with market trends and property listings to provide expert advice. This is a commission-only role, offering the opportunity for high earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales within the real estate or related industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset
