Sales Associate- Fashion Industry

**About the Job**

We are looking for Sales Associate who is responsible for the day to day management of the store, Shares responsibility with the Sales Manager for the sales and profitability of the store by providing feedback on products to be stocked, pricing and promotion.

• *Duties & Responsibilities**:
• Achieve/exceed the given sales budget and targets as per Brand goals.
• Manage the store in a manner that reflects the luxury image of the brand and the Company as per the guidelines given by the Sales Manager.
• Follow up on duties each morning to ensure that all requirements are fully completed.
• Ensure that all stock is displayed and merchandised according to the Principal’s standards in consultation with the Sales Manager.
• Plan the store shift schedules according to the needs of the business.
• Monitor the performance of particular products in terms of sell-through and advise the Sales Manager of any slow or fast moving stock.
• Ensure to provide excellent customer service as per company standards.
• Attend Company and Principal training sessions with the view of taking an active part in passing on the knowledge to the staff.
• Ensure to keep up to date on all company circulars and relevant policy in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Ensure displays are kept fresh and stock displayed is available in store.
• Assist the Sales Manager in purchasing products from our Principals on a seasonal basis by providing structured feedback on customers' comments and demands.
• Control and monitor inventory by ensuring regular stock checks in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
• Remain generally proactive in all areas and communicate regularly with the Sales Manager, especially with all issues relating to stock and marketing.
• Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
