What you'll do

As Director of Community Management – Real Estate based in Dubai, you will play a central role in orchestrating the successful transition of assets from construction completion through to full operational handover. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with internal departments, contractors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and property owners. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every aspect of the handover process is meticulously planned and executed—from conducting detailed inspections to managing defect rectification budgets. By leveraging advanced digital tools for snagging and asset management, you will drive efficiency while maintaining rigorous quality standards. • Conduct thorough pre-handover inspections and snagging activities to confirm all amenities and infrastructure are completed by agreed handover dates.

• Demonstrated expertise overseeing handover processes, Defects Liability Period (DLP) management, Quality Assurance (QA), contract administration, and SLA governance.
• Proficiency in digital handover platforms as well as snagging systems; strong command of reporting tools and dashboard analytics is highly desirable.
