Responsibilities

Manage and drive residential property sales

Handle client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors

Track leads and report on sales performance

Manage and grow our social media platforms

Develop and execute content and campaign strategies

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Real estate certification is a plus

Proven experience in real estate sales

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing
