We are looking for a Brand Marketing & Performance Manager who owns revenue, growth, and commercial performance across all channels.

This role is not traditional marketing.

It is a commercial growth role responsible for turning brands into scalable revenue engines across:

  • Delivery aggregators
  • E-commerce (D2C)
  • Retail & marketplaces
  • B2B partnerships
  • You will work closely with:
  • Brand Communication Manager (story, positioning, content)
  • Project Manager (execution & operations)
  • Finance (P&L & profitability)

1. Commercial & Growth Strategy

  • Define go-to-market strategy per brand
  • Identify revenue opportunities across all channels
  • Build multi-channel growth plan (aggregators, website, retail, B2B)
  • Align pricing, positioning, and offers with market demand
  • Translate brand strategy into commercial execution

2. Channel Ownership (Full Funnel)

Own performance across all revenue channels

  • Aggregators (F&B)
  • Optimize listings, SEO tags, and visibility
  • Improve conversion, basket size, and ranking
  • Build offers, bundles, and promotions
  • Website / D2C
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels
  • Improve UX, checkout, and retention
  • Manage integrations (payment, delivery)
  • Retail & Marketplaces
  • Identify and onboard retail partners
  • Build pitch decks and activation plans
  • Manage listings and in-store performance
  • B2B
  • Build pipeline of partnerships
  • Develop revenue-generating collaborations
  • Close and scale B2B deals

3. Performance Marketing & Campaigns

  • Own paid ads strategy and execution
  • Launch performance-driven campaigns
  • Develop:
  • Promotions
  • Bundles
  • Seasonal drops
  • Affiliate & partnership campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are tied to clear revenue targets

4. Conversion & Revenue Optimization

  • Monitor and improve:
  • Conversion rate by channel
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • ROAS
  • Retention metrics
  • Identify leaks in funnel and fix them
  • Continuously test offers, pricing, and positioning

5. Product & Commercial Alignment

  • Validate product-market fit from a commercial lens
  • Support:
  • Product pricing strategy
  • SKU strategy
  • Packaging relevance to channels
  • Ensure product supports scalability and margin targets

6. Launch & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Lead launch strategy and execution
  • Define:
  • Campaign roadmap
  • Sales targets
  • Channel activation plan
  • Ensure strong day-1 performance and traction

7. Reporting, Analytics & Governance

Co-own Weekly Business Review (WBR) with full commercial visibility:

  • Track:
  • Revenue by channel
  • Conversion performance
  • Campaign ROI
  • Prepare:
  • Weekly performance insights
  • Monthly marketing reports
  • Quarterly brand roadmap

8. Scale & Expansion

  • Identify new:
  • Markets
  • Channels
  • Growth opportunities
  • Build and execute expansion plans
  • Support forecasting and revenue projections

Revenue Ownership

You are directly responsible for

  • Website conversion & revenue
  • Aggregator sales performance
  • Retail distribution growth
  • B2B partnerships revenue
  • Paid ads performance (ROAS)

Success KPIs

  • Revenue growth per brand
  • Conversion rate by channel
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Channel contribution margin
  • Campaign ROI
  • New revenue streams launched

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail, or multi-channel consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)
  • E-commerce & conversion funnels
  • Retail & distribution
  • Performance-driven mindset (data > opinions)
  • Ability to connect:
  • brand → channels → conversion → revenue
  • Comfortable owning numbers, targets, and outcomes
