We are currently seeking an Executive – Planning to join our team at our team in Beirut, Lebanon.

To Land This Position You Must Have

Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills required for managing complex processes and cross-functional teams.
Competent in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates effective commercial flair.
Shows strong analytical, interpretive, and presentation skills.
Boasts excellent written and verbal communication skills and can work well with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Can meet tight deadlines and multi-task effectively while focusing on details.
Interacts and communicates frequently with clients through meetings, written communication, and presentations.
Can manage and mentor subordinates on career development.
Maintains communication/integration with multiple agency partners, such as creative, account, web, promotions, media buying, and research.
Is proficient in appropriate tools and research and uses them effectively.

Knowledge And Experience

Is passionate about the media industry and innovation in media.
1 to 2 years of media planning experience.
Possesses strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Can meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Is creative in thinking.
Possesses team-building skills.
Is computer proficient in MS Office and relevant internet applications.

Degree

Holds an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Majors in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics.

Languages

Must be proficient in English and Arabic.
