F&B Operations Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage daily activities across the restaurant, butchery, pastries, and catering.
• Sales Growth: Develop new revenue opportunities through corporate clients, catering, events, delivery platforms, and partnerships.
• Financial Performance: Control food costs, waste, inventory, purchasing, and operating expenses to improve profitability.
• Team Management: Supervise staff, schedules, productivity, training, and service quality.
• Administration: Oversee suppliers, stock control, reporting, cash management, and operational procedures.
• Business Development: Introduce initiatives to increase customer traffic, average spending, and repeat business.
