Join our team in Lebanon as an HR Operations Lead, where you will own end-to-end HR operations—supporting hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management—while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality, compliant HR operations that enable timely hiring, seamless onboarding, strong employee retention, and effective resolution of employee relations matters, supported by accurate HR documentation and continuous process improvement through HR metrics.
