We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes across Lebanon, supporting the full talent lifecycle from recruitment through development and retention. This role ensures HR compliance, maintains accurate employee records, and promotes strong employee relations through responsive, confidential support.

Job Purpose To attract, develop, and retain talent in Lebanon by leading timely recruitment and onboarding, ensuring Lebanese labor law compliance and high-quality documentation, improving employee relations and issue resolution, enabling training and performance support, and delivering insightful HR reporting and HR metrics.
