Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Project Manager (MEP Engineer) at Keep Property SAL in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing facilities operations, facility management, project coordination, electro-mechanical preventive & corrective follow-up, budgeting, and ensuring the successful execution of various projects related to property management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

Facilities Project Management, Project Coordination, and Budgeting skills

Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) experience - 5+ years

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
