Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant specializing in off-plan projects to join our team. As a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for generating leads, presenting off-plan properties to potential clients, supporting clients through the decision-making process, and ensuring excellent customer service at all stages of the sales cycle. You will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and the benefits of off-plan properties.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting with the ability to identify and understand client needs.
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively present and explain property details and market trends.
• Proficiency in building client trust and offering solutions to align with their goals.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, especially in off-plan projects, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
