Marketing Coordinator / Brand Manager

We are also looking for a marketing coordinator with 5-8 years of experience, proficient in English, Arabic, - French is a plus - the ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing, events management and Social Impact Dynamics.

Excelling in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns and activities while ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals and objectives. This role requires hands-on experience in managing end-to-end marketing workflows—from strategy development to execution, production and reporting—with an eye for innovation, creativity and details. Preferably a male.

He would typically possess the following Competencies:

1.Brand Management: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and following brands guidelines. Support initiatives that elevate brand visibility and reputation within the industry as well as social impact initiatives.

2. Creative Thinking: excelling in developing innovative, result-oriented marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across digital and traditional platforms.

3. Marketing Planning and Community Engagement

4. A good communicator: able to engage with stakeholders – be it internally or externally;

craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences, copywrite where and as needed

5. Digital and Traditional Marketing Expertise - ensuring a holistic approach to campaign management as well as the ability to support with the website updates and journeys.

a- Understands and is well-versed in e-commerce dynamics, especially Shopify

b- Social media community management,

c- Meta paid advertising – ads creation, optimization, re-targeting and reporting,

d- Community Management and activation.

e- SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics

6. Sector Experience: with previous experience in the service industry (customer focused), either as a marketeer at “client side”, or supporting in an advertising agency.

7. Team Player, has worked with creative designers and knows how to write a brief, request designs and providing necessary direction and de-brief.

Key Responsibilities are

  • Strategic planning: Develop Comprehensive marketing plans for both online and offline channels, conduct market research, and provide necessary reports
  • Campaign development and execution: Develop innovative marketing campaigns to grow market share and increase communication across different divisions and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Digital marketing management: plan seasonal marketing campaigns & develop monthly content plan, oversee digital advertising (SOE, SOM), & performance marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and manage email marketing campaigns and optimize digital strategies.
  • Update & manage the company website
  • Collaborate with creative teams by writing detailed creative briefs for designers, and coordinate with creative designers
  • enhance customer experience within our branches.
  • Branding and collateral development: work closely with Managers and sales teams to develop products & services collaterals, and enhance customer experience by maintaining a consistent brand presence.
  • Plan and execute community activation initiatives to drive engagement in alignment with global strategies.

Education

  • BA University Degree major in Marketing.

Qualifications

  • (Min.5 -8 years) of experience in the field of Digital marketing.

Languages

  • Fluent in English & Arabic – French is a plus
