This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives while overseeing the company’s end-to-end marketing ecosystem. The position leads integrated campaigns, analyzes market trends and performance, and manages a multidisciplinary marketing team in coordination with internal departments to strengthen brand positioning and drive sustainable growth. It also oversees branding, content direction, and digital performance, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads and maintaining the company’s leadership in the real estate sector.
Role Description
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget to ensure alignment with sales objectives and successful project launches.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and brand reach, providing clear ROI and performance reports to senior management.
- Manage the company’s presence across property portals, social media, and offline channels to maximize visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor lead quality across all channels and implement improvements to increase qualified leads for the sales team.
- Review property portal performance and optimize strategy to improve conversion rates and return on investment.
- Identify gaps in the marketing and sales funnel and enhance processes to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
- Approve all visual and written content to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company standards.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, and engagement to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Manage the daily workflow and development of the marketing team, including designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and digital specialists.
- Set clear KPIs for team members to ensure consistent performance and output quality.
- Continuously evaluate marketing performance and implement improvements to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
